Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must report the issue to our team within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

How to Request a Return

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen settings

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
